Dr. Mihai-Codruț Dragomirescu graduated from the “Carol Davila” University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest, where he completed both his medical degree and postgraduate training between 2012 and 2018.His professional development has been further enhanced through participation in international pediatric orthopedic courses and conferences, including EPOS BAT programs organized at the Speising Orthopaedic Hospital in Vienna, as well as advanced courses focused on pediatric bone and joint infections.

Professional Experience

Since 2020, Dr. Mihai-Codruț Dragomirescu has been practicing at the “Grigore Alexandrescu” Clinical Emergency Hospital for Children in Bucharest, one of Romania’s leading pediatric medical centers.His clinical activity focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric orthopedic conditions, managing both acute injuries and chronic musculoskeletal disorders affecting children and adolescents.

Scientific Activity

Dr. Mihai-Codruț Dragomirescu is actively involved in scientific research in the field of pediatric orthopedics and has authored or co-authored several publications in international peer-reviewed journals. His research interests include developmental dysplasia of the hip, pediatric fractures, adolescent idiopathic scoliosis, anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in children, and habitual patellar dislocation. He has also presented his work at national and international scientific meetings, including EPOS 2025, where he delivered a podium presentation on vitamin D deficiency and fracture risk in children.
