Kinesiotaping consists of applying elastic bandages in key areas of the body, at the muscle level, joint, and/or ligament injuries. It directly stimulates the peripheral and lymphatic circulatory systems, and indirectly, the neurological muscular systems.

What are Kinesiological Tapes?

Rockford elastic bands are selected and applied to the condition. Physical therapy strips can be applied both on the knees or other joints, but also to solve certain muscle disorders. They have elastic consistency (up to 150-160%) and are breathable and water-resistant so that the areas on which they are applied will not be irritated, and the strips will not degrade until the term of application of new ones. The Kinesio tape can remain applied on the body for about 3 to 5 days, during which time the bandage will act in maximum efficiency parameters.
